Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD9P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,046 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRD9P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein maturation by iron-sulfur cluster transfer, Base-excision repair, and Protein targeting to mitochondrion. Each is linked with BRD9P1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD9P1-to-partner and partner-to-BRD9P1 results are reported.
