BRD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,916 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, ATXN10, and NONO. Each is linked with BRD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD1-to-partner and partner-to-BRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRD1 versus SNRPD3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
