Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRCC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,221 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRCC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are snRNA pseudouridine synthesis, Spindle elongation, and DNA strand elongation. Each is linked with BRCC3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRCC3-to-partner and partner-to-BRCC3 results are reported.
