BRCA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRCA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,966 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRCA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM83D, METTL4, and SMCHD1. Each is linked with BRCA1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRCA1-to-partner and partner-to-BRCA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRCA1 versus FAM83D in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRCA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRCA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
