Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRAT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,225 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUDT1, AIMP2, and LSM5. Each is linked with BRAT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRAT1-to-partner and partner-to-BRAT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRAT1 versus NUDT1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
