Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,664 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRAT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral translational termination-reinitiation, Meiotic chromosome condensation, and Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes. Each is linked with BRAT1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRAT1-to-partner and partner-to-BRAT1 results are reported.
