BRAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 262 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB18, OR10J3, and C9orf92. Each is linked with BRAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRAT1-to-partner and partner-to-BRAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB18 grouped by BRAT1-low versus BRAT1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
