BRAF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRAF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,137 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM78B, SH2B3, and C13orf46. Each is linked with BRAF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRAF-to-partner and partner-to-BRAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM78B grouped by BRAF-low versus BRAF-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
