The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher BPY2C RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BPY2C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and KIRC are the cancer types where BPY2C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
