Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPTF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,341 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BPTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHX40, BRIP1, and PTRH2. Each is linked with BPTF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPTF-to-partner and partner-to-BPTF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BPTF versus DHX40 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
