Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPTF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,487 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BPTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDHD1, KIF18A, and PARP2. Each is linked with BPTF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPTF-to-partner and partner-to-BPTF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDHD1 grouped by BPTF-low versus BPTF-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
