Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPTF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, MEK1, and PCNA. Each is linked with BPTF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPTF-to-partner and partner-to-BPTF results are reported.
