BPTF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BPTF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,024 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP95, GGA3, and C17orf80. Each is linked with BPTF in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPTF-to-partner and partner-to-BPTF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BPTF versus CEP95 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
