Across TCGA cell cohorts, BPTF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 671 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTR6, VPS29, and GLE1. Each is linked with BPTF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPTF-to-partner and partner-to-BPTF results are reported.
