BPNT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BPNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX25, OR6M1, and VAX1. Each is linked with BPNT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPNT2-to-partner and partner-to-BPNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DDX25 grouped by BPNT2-low versus BPNT2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
