BPNT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPNT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,256 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPNT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BROX, RPRD2, and PRRC2C. Each is linked with BPNT1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPNT1-to-partner and partner-to-BPNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BPNT1 versus BROX in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
