BPNT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPNT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,431 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRTN, EXOC8, and GNPAT. Each is linked with BPNT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPNT1-to-partner and partner-to-BPNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BPNT1 versus SPRTN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
