BPNT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPNT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, ERK2, and GAPDH. Each is linked with BPNT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPNT1-to-partner and partner-to-BPNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by BPNT1-low versus BPNT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
