BPIFB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPIFB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,268 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPIFB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFAF5, R3HCC1, and TIMM44. Each is linked with BPIFB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPIFB1-to-partner and partner-to-BPIFB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFAF5 grouped by BPIFB1-low versus BPIFB1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPIFB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPIFB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
