Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPIFA4P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,698 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BPIFA4P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, Establishment of protein localization to mitochondrial membrane, and Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with BPIFA4P in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPIFA4P-to-partner and partner-to-BPIFA4P results are reported.
