BPI

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,823 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRE3, FCGR3B, and CXCL8. Each is linked with BPI in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPI-to-partner and partner-to-BPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BPI versus ADGRE3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
