Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPHL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPHL-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, Cyclin-B1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with BPHL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPHL-to-partner and partner-to-BPHL results are reported.
