BORCS8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BORCS8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,888 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BORCS8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS6, SUGP2, and UPF1. Each is linked with BORCS8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BORCS8-to-partner and partner-to-BORCS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BORCS8 versus RPS6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BORCS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→BORCS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
