BORCS8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BORCS8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,993 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BORCS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZCCHC24, LPAR5, and CENPO. Each is linked with BORCS8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BORCS8-to-partner and partner-to-BORCS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BORCS8 versus ZCCHC24 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BORCS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→BORCS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
