BORCS8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BORCS8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,837 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BORCS8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Mitotic chromosome condensation, and Peptidyl-proline modification. Each is linked with BORCS8 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BORCS8-to-partner and partner-to-BORCS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process grouped by BORCS8-low versus BORCS8-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BORCS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→BORCS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
