BORCS7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BORCS7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,614 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BORCS7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPI, UTP4, and WDR75. Each is linked with BORCS7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BORCS7-to-partner and partner-to-BORCS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BORCS7 versus MPI in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BORCS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BORCS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
