BORCS7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BORCS7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,945 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BORCS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are BORCS5, GLTPD2, and NSUN4. Each is linked with BORCS7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BORCS7-to-partner and partner-to-BORCS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BORCS7 versus BORCS5 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BORCS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BORCS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
