Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BORCS6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated BORCS6 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher BORCS6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BORCS6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, THYM, and LIHC are the cancer types where BORCS6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
