Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BORA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated BORA data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher BORA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BORA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where BORA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
