The most reproducible BORA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP459, ATP6V1E1P2, and MIR488. Each is linked with BORA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BORA-to-partner and partner-to-BORA results are reported.
