Across TCGA cell cohorts, BORA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,461 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BORA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic metaphase chromosome alignment, Metaphase chromosome alignment, and Attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with BORA in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BORA-to-partner and partner-to-BORA results are reported.
