Across TCGA cell cohorts, BORA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BORA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC7, MSGN1, and TBC1D21. Each is linked with BORA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BORA-to-partner and partner-to-BORA results are reported.
