Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOLA3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,971 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOLA3P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glucose metabolic process, Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process, and Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with BOLA3P1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOLA3P1-to-partner and partner-to-BOLA3P1 results are reported.
