Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOLA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,928 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BOLA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENSA, GABPB2, and SNAPIN. Each is linked with BOLA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOLA1-to-partner and partner-to-BOLA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BOLA1 versus ENSA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BOLA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BOLA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
