Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOLA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOLA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with BOLA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOLA1-to-partner and partner-to-BOLA1 results are reported.
