Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BOD1L2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated BOD1L2 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher BOD1L2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BOD1L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
SARC, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where BOD1L2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
