Across TCGA cell cohorts, BOD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,405 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Positive regulation of chromosome organization, and Positive regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with BOD1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOD1-to-partner and partner-to-BOD1 results are reported.
