Across TCGA patient cohorts, BNIP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,103 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BNIP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANXA1, ANXA2, and ARAF_T215. Each is linked with BNIP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNIP5-to-partner and partner-to-BNIP5 results are reported.
