Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BNIP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BNIP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Rad50, and PI3K-p85. Each is linked with BNIP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNIP5-to-partner and partner-to-BNIP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BNIP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→BNIP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
