BNIP3P10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BNIP3P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,167 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BNIP3P10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2A, ARID4B, and ACIN1. Each is linked with BNIP3P10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNIP3P10-to-partner and partner-to-BNIP3P10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P10 versus GATAD2A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BNIP3P10→partner) and Y-score (partner→BNIP3P10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
