BNIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BNIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,257 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BNIP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R12A, MRPL47, and DAP3. Each is linked with BNIP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNIP2-to-partner and partner-to-BNIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BNIP2 versus PPP1R12A in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BNIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BNIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
