Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BNIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,107 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BNIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC2B, BCL2A1, and CHST11. Each is linked with BNIP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNIP2-to-partner and partner-to-BNIP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BNIP2 versus CLEC2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BNIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BNIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
