BNIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BNIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 153 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BNIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP463, RNU6-697P, and RNU6-1321P. Each is linked with BNIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNIP2-to-partner and partner-to-BNIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP463 grouped by BNIP2-low versus BNIP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BNIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BNIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
