BNIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BNIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,082 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BNIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX1, DPP8, and USP8. Each is linked with BNIP2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNIP2-to-partner and partner-to-BNIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BNIP2 versus SNX1 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BNIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BNIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
