Across TCGA cell cohorts, BNIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,938 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BNIP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein targeting to vacuole, Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with BNIP2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNIP2-to-partner and partner-to-BNIP2 results are reported.
