BNIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BNIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BNIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, C-Raf, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with BNIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNIP1-to-partner and partner-to-BNIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by BNIP1-low versus BNIP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BNIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BNIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
