BMX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMX-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPPL2C, C8B, and DRD3. Each is linked with BMX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMX-to-partner and partner-to-BMX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPPL2C grouped by BMX-low versus BMX-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMX→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
