Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,252 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BMT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Vesicle coating, and Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the C-end degron rule pathway. Each is linked with BMT2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMT2-to-partner and partner-to-BMT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport grouped by BMT2-low versus BMT2-high in SKIN.
