Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC15A5, OR11H1, and OR10H2. Each is linked with BMT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMT2-to-partner and partner-to-BMT2 results are reported.
