BMS1P22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMS1P22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,021 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMS1P22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA export from nucleus, Protein-RNA complex organization, and Nuclear export. Each is linked with BMS1P22 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMS1P22-to-partner and partner-to-BMS1P22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA export from nucleus grouped by BMS1P22-low versus BMS1P22-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMS1P22→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMS1P22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
